• Have a leader record a short video discussing their experience with Bravely
• Encourage department heads to promote Bravely, making sure to tie Bravely in to the unique experiences of the employees within that department
• Prior to launching a 180 or 360, encourage employees to book a Bravely session to discuss giving and receiving effective feedback
• During self-reviews, encourage leaders to book a Bravely session to discuss the self-review and how to best complete it
